If you do not receive the email, please check your SPAM folder prior to contact the Congress Secretariat as it might have been viewed as SPAM by your spam filter.
If your email address has changed since completing the registration form, be sure to advise your new email address to the Congress Secretariat.
When you register online, you will be provided with a unique link to your online registration summary. This will enable you to edit your details up until the Congress.
Catering & Dietary Requirements
Dietary requests will be catered for to the best of the caterer’s ability. Individuals with severe allergies are requested to advise the Congress Secretariat of their requirements prior to the congress, and bring any allergy medication (EpiPen, Phenergan etc.) as prescribed by your doctor to the conference any any associated function. Whilst due care is taken by the organisers and caterer, individuals must take primary responsibility for their own health.
Cancellation Policy & Refunds
All cancellations and requests for registration refunds must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat via admin@icius.com.au.
- Any changes to your registration or optional bookings will not be accepted over the phone. Please email your changes to admin@icius.com.au
- If you are unable attend the congress after submitting your online registration, you can nominate a substitute. All substitutes names are to be received via email to icius@kaigi.com.au
- Cancellations made on/before Tuesday 23 September 2025 will receive a refund less a $100.00 per person administration fee
- Cancellations on/after Wednesday 24 September 2025 will not receive a refund. Exceptions are at the discretion of the organising committee
- Refunds will not be issued until after the congress
- Refunds will not be given for non-attendance at the congress
- Accommodation and airline cancellations are at the discretion of the individual concerned
Disclaimer
The conference information is correct at the time of publishing. However, the organisers reserve the right to change the information where necessary without notice.
In the event of industrial disruptions, the congress and organisers accept no responsibility.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses. The organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.
Name Badges
Your official Congress name badge can be collected on arrival at the Congress. Your name badge must be worn at all times, as it is your entry to all sessions, the exhibition and social functions.
Payment Options
All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment for your registration type (eg Early bird) is not received by the cut-off date, your registration type will be changed to the next registration level.
All fees and costs quoted are GST inclusive. Tax invoices will be issued following receipt of registration and payment.
Credit Card VISA, Mastercard and AMEX are accepted. Please note that when you pay by credit card, ‘Kaigi Conferencing & Events’ will appear on your statement. All payments will be processed through eWAY payment gateway.
Credit card payments can be made online or over the phone. Please note credit card payments attract a 2% fee. This fee will be added to the amount showing once you select you card type.
Electronic Funds Transfer Details for EFT payments will be provided on your tax invoice.
Privacy
A list of participants will be produced, including individuals’ details such as name, organisation and state/country. You will be asked for permission for your details to be included when you register.
ICiUS 2025 is being operated in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) which came into effect on 25 May 2018.
Therefore, before you begin your registration, you will need to give consent for your data to be used in facilitating your event registration, as well as in the planning and implementation of the congress (e.g. providing dietary requirements to congress venues and accommodation booking details to the specified hotel).
This request for data consent is in accordance with GDPR and represents our commitment to protect the privacy of all personal data you provide during the registration process.
If you do not provide consent, you will unfortunately be unable to register for ICiUS 2025.

Registration Desk
The registration and information desk will be open for the duration of the Congress and will serve as your main point of contact for all enquiries.
Goods and Services in Australia are subject to a 10% tax (GST). All congress registrations and additional ticket rates quoted with this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
Special Requirements
Every effort will be made to ensure people with special requirements are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance in accessing the Congress, or any arrangements to be made on your behalf, please include details on your registration form under the section ‘Special Requirements’ to enable us to make your attendance at the congress a pleasant and comfortable experience. VISA Information
- New Zealand citizens with a valid New Zealand passport do not need to apply for a visa before coming to Australia. For more information, or to check you are eligible, please click here.
